About Xenia

Built for how restaurants actually run

Xenia is a restaurant point‑of‑sale and management system, designed around how restaurants in East Africa actually operate.

Much of the restaurant software available is built for other markets and adapted afterwards, with M‑Pesa added later and KRA compliance treated as an afterthought. This shows at the till, on the receipt and at the end of the month.

We built Xenia the other way around. We started with how restaurants actually run a shift, including how orders are taken, how customers pay, how food reaches the kitchen and what KRA requires, and designed the system around that.

Xenia is developed by a small, dedicated team. We keep pricing simple, require no hardware purchase, and provide support directly rather than through a ticket queue.
